Terms of Sale

1. These frames are for wall-mounted, flat panel televisions only. They do not work on rear projection, DLP, or traditional "non-flat" TVs.
2. There will be a gap between the frame and your wall. We recommend a low profile, flush wall mount to minimize this gap, however some space is good for ventilation. Please note the amount of TV side coverage for the frame you have chosen.
3. Please ensure that your wall mount can support approximately 20 pounds of additional weight.
4. Buttons, inputs and any built-in DVD players on the side or front of the television will most likely be obstructed. The remote control will still work correctly.
4. Frames are custom made to your specification. Returns must be shipped at your expense and incur a 45% restocking fee. Need to order frame samples?
5. Cables, wall mounts, DVDs, and accessories may be returned for a refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
6. Frame corner samples are not returnable. All frame samples include a
coupon to apply the price of the samples toward the purchase of a frame.
7. Web images, frame and mat samples are representative of a natural product. Slight variations may occur in wood grain, texture, and color.
